The apartments are ready and furnished, and the key is in the door when you arrive. Bed linen and towels can be brought along or rented for DKK 75.

Seven apartments, two rooms in each
All seven apartments have a living room with kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and two rooms, either single or double. Everything is furnished, and the price is agreed for the whole period.

The living room is furnished with a sofa and coffee table, so there is room to relax after the working day.

Every apartment has a dining table and chairs, so you can eat together instead of on the bed.
Bathroom with toilet
All apartments have their own bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Bed linen and towels can be brought along or rented for DKK 75 per person.

How long can we stay?
From a single night to 12 months. Many crews start with four weeks and extend along the way, and we keep the room for you as long as you need it.
Do we have to pay a deposit?
No. There is no deposit and no hidden fees. You pay on arrival, either in cash or by bank transfer.
What is included in the price?
Power, water, heating, broadband, TV, furniture and final cleaning. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them for DKK 75 per person. Beyond that you only need your own clothes and toothbrush.
What do we need to do when we move out?
Final cleaning is included in the price. You do need to tidy up, remove rubbish and do the dishes before you move out. Then the apartment is ready for the next crew.
Can we get cleaning during the stay?
Yes. If you want cleaning during your stay, it can be added for DKK 250 per time. Just agree it with us when you book, or call +45 22 38 53 20 along the way.
Can several people from the same company stay together?
Yes. Each apartment has two rooms and can house 2-4 people, depending on whether the rooms are single or double. If you are a bigger crew, we place several apartments next to each other.
Can we bring tools and materials?
Yes. There is parking for the van right by the door, so tools and materials can stay in the vehicle.
How do we get the key?
The key is in the door when you arrive, so you can move in whenever you get here, even in the evening.
How do we pay?
You pay on arrival, either in cash or by bank transfer. We agree the details when you book.
